My massage experience
After a long day, I could no longer look away from the fatigue and stress that were building up in my daily life. My body was getting heavier and my mind felt gradually blurred. Then, by chance, a friend recommended me to a massage shop, and I decided to go to a professional massage shop for the first time. I was curious about how the stress and fatigue I had been experiencing could be alleviated, but at the same time, I also felt a little anxious. As soon as I entered the massage shop, what I felt was the calm atmosphere there. Silent music and subtle aroma greeted me, and this place felt like a comfortable resting place. While waiting, I thought for a moment about how much I had neglected my body and mind. I have always ignored the signals sent by my body for reasons of my busy schedule, and as a result, the uncomfortable signals sent by my body only got bigger and bigger.
At first, I was nervous when it was my turn and I was shown to the massage room. However, after being guided to the bed by the governor, my body began to relax little by little. Before I received the massage, I was worried about whether I could withstand the pressure or pain, but as the governor's delicate touch wrapped around me, the tension gradually eased.
At first, the intensity of the massage felt slightly insignificant, but as the pressure gradually deepened, my body began to react. The tension and clumping felt, especially in the neck and shoulders, was more serious than expected. For me, who spent a lot of time sitting in front of the computer or using my smartphone at work, I had a lot of fatigue accumulated especially in my shoulders and neck. The massage parlor intensively released the area and gradually reduced the pain and discomfort. At first, I felt like I was in pain, but as it became more and more relaxed, the tension trapped deep in the muscle seemed to disappear.
As the massage progressed, I thought I had a chance to understand my body properly. Before I received the massage, I didn't know where my body discomfort came from. However, as the massage was properly adjusted to fit my body, I was able to fully experience how the fatigue and tension accumulated in my body were released. When I released the lower half of my body, I realized how much my legs had been clumped together. It felt as if I had not been breathing for a while, and as my legs and buttocks unraveled, my body felt lighter.
At the end of the massage, I felt a sense of flexibility and lightness that I had not experienced before. As my body naturally relaxed, my mind was calm and clear. At first, my body and mind, which had a little anxiety, were completely resolved. Thank you to the governor, and when I left the massage room, I felt like a newborn. My body became much lighter and more flexible, and my mind became surprisingly calm.
Since then, I have decided to get regular massages. Through this experience, I realized that massages not only relieve body fatigue, but also bring mental release. As my body warmed up, my mind was relaxed, and I felt that I wanted to continue to feel the feeling at that time. I will no longer ignore fatigue and take time to take care of my body and mind. 마타이
